Apple is not responsible for the application or its content, nor for providing any maintenance and support services. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Any claims related to the app (e.g., product liability, intellectual property infringement) are the responsibility of Simple And Useful LLC, not Apple.
  • Direct Installation & Compliance: For versions downloaded directly from our website or third-party marketplaces, you are responsible for ensuring your device meets the system requirements and that your use of the software complies with all local laws and export regulations in your jurisdiction.

  • App Store Purchases: Payments made through app stores (like Apple or Google) are managed by the respective platform. Their billing terms and refund policies apply to all such purchases.
